Walgreen Co. investment archive
On 10 September 2012, Walgreen Co., which, as previously announced, owns a 45% equity interest in Alliance Boots GmbH (the "Company"), filed an amended Current Report on Form 8-K/A with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Filing"). The Filing, which is a matter of public record, contains certain financial information regarding the Company. This includes consolidated financial statements of the Company for the years ended 31 March 2012, 2011 and 2010. These non-statutory consolidated financial statements have been prepared for the purposes of the SEC filing requirements of Walgreen Co., and were approved for issuance on 10 September 2012.
